Easton ArtsPath

Experience Easton's Public Art

For over 12 years the Greater Easton Development Partnership (GEDP) has commissioned and encouraged unique works of art for the City of Easton. Murals, wall poems, bike racks and more help bring the city to life, and encourage our residents and visitors to explore beautiful Downtown Easton.

Choose from one of our four curated paths or combine them to discover 30 pieces of artwork in Easton. And post your pictures using #eastonartspath and #artisforeveryone to share Easton’s art with the world!

Many thanks to Erin and Bonnie of our talented Design Committee for developing the maps and routes.

NW Side and Easton Public Market Path

Approx. Length: 0.5 miles

Approx. Time to Complete: 30 – 45 minutes

Difficulty Level: Moderate (some smaller back streets; navigating intersections and one-way traffic with no sidewalks)

This moderately difficult walk takes you off the beaten path around the northwest side of Downtown Easton. (Bonus points if you visit the mural on Bushkill Street!)

Centre Square Path

Approx. Time to Complete: 45 minutes

Difficulty Level: Easy (wide streets and sidewalks; pedestrian-friendly intersections; compact and easy to navigate)

Explore the shops and restaurants around Centre Square and Ferry Street as you discover the artwork on this relaxing stroll. (Insider tip: the last stop on this trail is close to Bank Street Creamery. Go ahead and indulge– you deserve it!)

Difficulty Level: Moderate/Hard (some smaller streets with no sidewalks and oncoming vehicles; busy intersections; long stretches of walking)

Despite the difficulty level, this path may be the most beautiful one! Start just east of Centre Square and follow the trail to the city’s beautiful riverfront parks. Enjoy playgrounds and beautiful views overlooking the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers before finishing up on Northampton Street. You’ll probably be hungry – explore our downtown restaurants and find your new favorite!

Click on the yellow “Challenge Points” along the way for even more fun!

The KidsPath is a family-friendly walk that is bursting with color and whimsy! Follow the trail down to Scott Park and take a few moments to play on the playground, run through the grass or just have a seat on a bench and enjoy the peaceful setting. As you make your way back to Centre Square, help yourself to a book from a Free Library while you enjoy the fountain. Then, top it all off at the end of your stroll with a soft ice cream or frozen yogurt from Frozenlandia!
